“Dealing with Jim was a great experience! We wanted to book a cruise but did not know where, when nor which cruise line to book with. He walked us through the process step by step, was extremely patient and in the end recommended a cruise that was right for us. A few months after booking, we were having an issue reserving a show on board the ship, I reached out to Jim, asked if he had some advice on how to solve the issue, he was able to provide valuable help, which in the end meant we got the reservation we desired. Jim will most definitely be our "go to" travel consultant from now on!”

“From the beginning Jim has been very friendly, resourceful and always willing to offer a helping hand. Very quick to resolve issues with the cruise provider and also finding the best for our budget.”
